Refund Policy
Refunds
Please follow with the Return Policy first, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, please allow us 5-10 business days to receive and process your returned products. After we’ve received your returned product, a credit will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase. Please remember it can take some time (3-5 days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after a week has gone by, please check your bank account again. You should also contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is fully processed. You can also contact your bank since there is often some processing time before a refund is processed. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours from purchasing time. Please be well informed that in the first 6 hours, a full refund can be issued. However, in next 6 hours, your order will be prepared for stocking, packing, and shipping. At this time, we can cancel your order, however, you will be charged for 20% of your total order transaction as cancellation fee (which includes transaction fee, shipping label fee, management system fee). Beyond the first 12 hours, the cancellation request cannot be fulfilled. You can only change order information (size, color, address) within 12 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Full refund only applies to switching orders. Once you place new orders, we will cancel old orders and refund 100%.

Return Policy
We’re bummed if you’re not satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Returned items must comply with our returns policy
To be Eligible for a Return / Exchange Request
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed for any reason.
- The item(s) must also not in smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way.
- All original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Giftsv products.
We Do Accept Returns in These Cases:
- You receive an incorrect item (wrong design, wrong size, wrong product type)
- Part of your order is missing from the package.
- Damaged/poor quality printed item.
- Item has not arrived within 30 days for US order or 60 days for international order.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a return for items on sale of more than 50%.
Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
We Do not Accept Returns in These Cases:
- You have chosen a wrong size, wrong color and wrong type of product.
- You can’t cancel your order if it was placed 12 hours ago.
To Process Your Exchange or Returns
- Place the product in it original packaging and take a picture.
- Please send us an email to [ez-store info=”email”] with the subject “Request Returns for Order ### (Your Order Number)” with the description of your problem. Please attach the picture of the product that you just took along with the email.
- We’ll notify the approval or rejection and the detail on how to proceed the return via email. Please note that we will not accept returning item without prior approval.
- Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your returned request.
- After we’ve received your returned product, a credit will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase.
