1. How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping fee varies depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase.
You can check the estimated shipping fee by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, entering your email and shipping address. The exact shipping fee will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.
2. Can I make changes to the design after it has been placed?
Since the turnaround time on packages is so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can not always be possible. Because of this, you can only make change within 24 hours after the order is placed. We recommend emailing us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order.
3. Can I request a song that is not on Spotify?
Yes you can definitely request a song that is not on Spotify. However, since we use a Spotify code for the Plaques, we will not be able to add the same and the area would rather be left blank.
4. What is the turnaround time for products?
We make sure all orders are processed within 3-5 business days. This would include designing, printing and safely packaging your product.
We also ensure that each product goes through meticulous safety checks and only the best quality products are picked to be shipped to you.

6. When will I get my tracking number?
Once the order has been processed, a tracking number usually takes 3-5 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated.
7. When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-10 business days of receipt of cancellation request.
