Exchanges Policy

We’re bummed if you’re not satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Returned items must comply with our exchange policy.

To be Eligible for a Exchange Request

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. The item(s) must also not in smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way.
  3. All original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact.
  4. We do not accept exchanged items that have been sent back without proper exchange requests.
  5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages shipped to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  6. Please be sure to double-check your items before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the exchange of non-[ez-store info=”name”] products.

We Do Accept Returns in These Cases:

  • You receive an incorrect item (wrong design, wrong size, wrong product type)
  • Part of your order is missing from the package.
  • Damaged/poor quality printed item.
  • Item has not arrived within 30 days for US order or 60 days for international order.

We Do not Accept Returns in These Cases:

  • You have chosen a wrong size, wrong color and wrong type of product.
  • You can’t cancel your order if it was placed 12 hours ago.

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

To Process Your Exchanges

  1. Place the product in it original packaging and take a picture.
  2. Please send us an email to [ez-store info=”email”] with the subject “Request Exchange for Order ### (Your Order Number)” with the description of your problem. Please attach the picture of the product that you just took along with the email.
  3. We’ll notify the approval or rejection and the detail on how to proceed the exchange via email. Please note that we will not accept returning item without prior approval.
  4. Please allow us 5-10 business days to receive and process exchanged products.
